I was recently at the Hawkins County Memorial Hospital with my son and just wanted to say that it was a pleasant experience. The nurses were really nice and knowledgeable. But the thing that really surprised me was a housekeeper, I believe her name was Lilly. She went above and beyond her housekeeping duties and really made us feel welcome. I just want her to know that I really appreciate the kindness. Hopefully she will read this. Thank you so much
