My walk-in decided to act up, in July, and Luis was there the next day (ALOT of walk-ins went down last weekend) and has my walk-in running better than new!
I saw these guys had a 3.5 star rating, so I had to post! I don't get that. I'll use their techs any time I can. They seem really smart compared to other companies. I am with a retirement community that runs all through Colo, and can't have systems down for even 1 day due to compliance codes. I can get Hawkins on OT, 24/7 - not all companies do that anymore. I have used them on both cooking equipment, and HVAC - I highly recommend!
So they give me an estimate to fix my walk in for over $6000. Charge me over $1000 for a temp fix. I get a second opinion and the fix was $362! After resuming to pay the $1000 because they were trying to rob me we settle on an amount and I pay. Then the place me in the refuse to service list lol. Not that I would use them but what a fantastic company! Stay away. All the restaurateurs I know do as well. They are such an unethical company.
Lauren, at Hawkins, was awesome to work with! We had multiple issues with ordering and the delivery of our stove through another vendor, yet every time I called her, she was very responsive and helpful. They even were able to come out the very next work day to hook it up after delivery, even though they were really booked out. I highly recommend Hawkins Commercial Appliance Service.
