Very courteous and fast
This was my first service and it was a great experience. I also had a full detail. The scheduling was easy and the team was all very friendly. I also appreciated borrowing a vehicle for a couple hours while I was in town as I live about 90 mins away from the dealership.
I have been dealing with Hawkins Chevrolet for years. I will NOT GO ANYWHERE else. "These guys are REALLY GOOD." I have had the best experience EVERYTIME from sales to the finance to service and there is NO ONE else that takes their time and concern for you and your vehicle. They are the BEST in the business. If they don't have what you want on the LOT THEY WILL LOOK and THEY WILL LOOK FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES to get YOU what YOU want.
We have always received exceptional service at Hawkins. The service technicians work hard to work with the warranty company to see if service needed is covered. They have really helped to take stress off of us. My husband worked with Nate who always went above and beyond. Our recent experiences at Hawkins have made us loyal Hawkins customers and we have recommended them to several friends and family.
