Have had to hire Tom Burcher on several occasions where I was wronged and had to defend myself. Tom took care of everything in a professional manor and his knowledge of the laws and the justice system in the area is probably one of the best in the Hampton Roads area. Needless to say after hiring Tom Burcher the outcomes in the court room were as exactly we thought and won the cases fair and square by the law. So if you are in need of a great attorney look not further than Tom Burcher for your defense needs.

I've never been in a court room where not only does the GAL lie to the judge, but also sprouts on about biblical times. Not only did the GAL from this office only meet with the child (15) for less than 30 mins , but flat out told the child not to worry that he would make it happen. Only to come into court have no ideal of the child's name(to quote "I'm sorry your honor, but I get so many of these cases").
