I can't comment on their clock repair expertise as I only stopped in to have a watch battery replaced. Absolutely not one speck of customer service. No "Hello" or "How can I help." The clerk just looked at me as I asked for a battery. Without a word, she took my watch, returned it with new battery and the only time I heard her speak was when I asked the charge. I paid, no thank you and no good bye. Two clerks with the most sour faces. This shop gets high marks for a truly awful staff. A smile would go a long way.
This place has a lot of clocks but the staff is extremely rude. They were not interested in helping me at all. I'll get my grandfather clock somewhere else.
Large selection a nice place for a treasure hunt.
They’re honest people just trying to make a living off of clocks. They fixed my clock in a timely manner, and gave me a refund because part of it came out cracked and they had to redo part of the job because it was put on upside down.
Amazing variety of clocks. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice.
