Took my Odyssey to Hawkins for a timing belt and water pump service, with a few other small items. Nick was extremely professional and courteous, did a quick diagnostic on the car, and found an issue with a front ball joint and leaking axle. He provided an honest assessment of how critical each item was, and then proceeded to provide budgetary estimates for everything. Took my Challenger in to have a check engine light diagnosed for a cylinder misfire. The shop called back and said it was a bad spark plug—pretty standard maintenance, no surprises there. What did surprise me was the quote: $1,000 to replace all 16 spark plugs (V8 Hemi), or $400–450 just to replace the two on the misfiring cylinder. I couldn't get the starter off my Wrangler and these guys quoted me a fair price, fit me in between jobs the next day, and finished slightly below their quote. 10/10 - going here every time
