Purchased large air compressor for garage. Was not put together as was suppose to be. Had part go out less than 2 months after purchase. 1st said come get replacement got down there they said not under warranty called company to confirm they told them yes was covered but didn't have exact part gave us a different replacement part to fix. All in all great but feel kinda inferrier when ya call sometimes.
Had the parts we needed... forgot the credit card but they called to tell us..
I took my Dwall compressor for warranty to repair to this place, and they did not solve anything, I had to call Dwall directly and for them to call to find out after two months what was happening with my compressor, the excuse given was that they had no system to request The part that they had to change to the motor and after two more months they gave me a completely destroyed compressor, it seems that there was a chimney inside its motor because it only voted smoke, in addition to that, it was out of adjustment, it was miss... read more
0 I always dealt with Ben here getting my compressor parts he always could get about anything he wanted I hate that he passed away I wasn't able to get in here with nobody here still want to give it a three-star based on what he build up here
