Tried to get them to service a freezer, it says on their website they offer this service but I guess not.

Compressor went out on a 20yr ols system. They gave us prompt and excellent service at fair prices, we are very thankful for them
They do excellence work ,good job on the unit they installed. But they took a 5 ton unit out and told me a 4 ton was all I needed. The 4 ton does not do the heating. I even closed off 2 rooms and the unit stills runs most of the time. My electric usage is more than it's ever been!! Just don't let them under size you!!
Long story short, they sent me a bill for $186, for showing up, doing nothing and leaving. Even though I called and cancelled. When I called to see why I got the bill, they said they'd get back to me. Today received another bill stating it was going to collections, they haven't answered phone calls from me. I'm contacting the BBB and the state licensing.
