Horrible company to go through. we called to go over our situation to get a quote on the possible damages so we could see if we wanted to use them to come out and the man on the phone hung up on us for trying to go over our situation because he was too busy to help us.
I will never use the company again. We hired him to do clear or pipe and it backed up 2 days later. When we asked him if he guaranteed his work and would come back he blamed us and told us he would charge us again. Hired another company and they came out with a camera and proved he did less then adequate work. Wrote owner and asked for refund or explanation and he never responded. Don't believe his ads he does not care about his community.
Makes Your Day I've used these guys for over 5 years. They are wonderful! Great service and they don't bilk you for everything they can. The owner actually came today and fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. Not only did he say, "Let's just call it $20," he explained how to fix the problem myself should it occur again.
Good for basic plumbing/drain issues We've had Hawkeye Sewer and Drain out to our house on several occasions. It's nice to be able to call day or night without a charge for after hours work.They get the job done, but don't expect them to clean up their mess.
