I didn't personally use Jim Hawk however the buyer of my home did. He was completed after about 4 hours and did a very detailed inspection. We weren't so lucky to find a home inspector like Hawkeye when we purchased our home originally. I'd say if you want a honest inspector that will find most things then use Hawkeye. Protect yourself and make sure you're making a good investment.

We have used Hawkeye Inspections prior to purchasing both of our homes. He is extremely professional and communicates very clearly. He noted everything from the smallest of smalls to any large items as well. He is very detailed in his reports and willing to walk you through the whole report if need be. We were even told that sellers realtors become antsy when they hear who is doing the inspection.. that should say it all right there.

If you want the best as a buyer or just to inspect Hawkeye is the best! No home sellers don’t want to hear he is coming to inspect but we were glad as a seller for his expertise as well.

I've used Jim's services twice, and trust him completely. As my realtor said, "Sellers cringe when they know Hawkeye is inspecting, because he doesn't miss anything."
