I booked my hotel a month in advance, and then was emailed less than 10 days before my arrival that the hotel was overbooked and they would happily move my reservation to a hotel 10 miles away from the original hotel. When I asked if there was anything closer they said they would try their best to find me a hotel closer, and then subsequently never got back to me.
Illegal hiring practices.
Horrible company to work for! I’ve had GMs lie saying I worked somewhere I never worked. Files were created in my name to say I was a bad employee, all because I declined a job offer. Just accepted a new position and told them what happened and her response was “Hawkeye is a horrible management company!”
HR department is not competent, Jeff in particular. Businesses are required to keep W-2’s on record for 7 years. They claim they don’t have access to W-2’s for former employees from 2019.
