Bad review submitted due to refusal to communicate over failed treatment plan. Have called and left multiple voicemails for the business phone number, text messages. Sent to Rob a screenshot of the company’s policy detailed on the website to which they refuse to honor. This is after we have been their client for over 7 years. We have referred them to multiple clients as well and then all contact dropped as well as our account due to refusal to comply to their own warranty policy. Will be reporting to the regulatory agency.

As always, Jeff has us covered! After being bit by not one, but TWO Lyme carrying ticks before the end of May, and finding a baby Scorpion in the house, I knew this Florida Summer is gonna be bad one! Jeff was already prepared with the latest and greatest product, and even braved my Bear infested property to keep us provtected! Jeff, YOU are the man!!

I highly recommend Hawkeye Home & Pest solutions. I had a termite problem & that can be pretty scary! Rob came out and assessed our problem. He is very knowledgeable and provided a very effective treatment. He was straightforward and didn’t use any scare tactics that we experienced with another larger company. Excellent customer service. I informed Rob I was having pavers installed for my driveway, and parts of the front lawn were replaced with new sod. He checked on the lawn weekly, and applied anti fungus, and new sod applications. Today it is thick and full.

Rob responded quickly to our request for an inspection for pests. Following a thorough inspection, he explained what was the core of our problem and what was the solution. He treated the involved areas immediately and told us what action his company recommends to avoid a reinfestation. Rob was professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated good customer service.
