Initial installation 2 years ago was excellent. They installed most of my yard with Zoysia. Also did drainage and a decked stairway. Performed the work quickly and beautifully. Fast forward to 2021. Contacted Jeremy the last week of June for a simple refresh. I received a vague estimate for $750 each of 4 items-removal of shrubs, add wall, add dirt/grass, and add mulch). Simple right? Highly suggest buying sod from other farms!!!! I placed an order for 3 pallets of Bermuda sod, rolls, on February 22, 2020. Not only was the sod delivery in squares but it was delivered and placed on a vacant lot down the street from my property. After exhausting calls, weeks passed, dirt that was graded began to erode, the owner/operator gave me his word that he'd make this right, offered/promised to even install yet a month later l'm awaken by a text with a full refund with no explanation, clarity, or anything. They sold me Bermuda grass and I paid for Zoisia grass! Now they will not make it right. We have called repeatedly! Not to mention, two pallets they sold us last year didn't live even though we babied it on a regular basis. Crooked people!!!!!
