Fair Company Hawkeye Construction offers free estimates, but didn't seem to be thorough in assessing the job. Although they do give estimates, they seem a bit on the high end of the scale even for a pretty simple job. Lyle did come out and take a look at the job and talked it over. He got back to me very quickly with the estimate and was very nice.
