We have had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience buying a boat from this dealership. Not only did they screw up the purchase amount and accidentally gave us too much money back but then they threatened to hold all the paperwork and documents until we gave them that money back. Gave it back to them as soon as they said that so we could get our documents. We are now on DAY FOURTY-ONE of fighting with them to get the proper titles, registration, and paperwork. Emily, I invite you to call down to the Dubuque County Court House and ask them how far behind they are. In these days this is completely normal unfortunately. We thought your's was being sent out Monday but have still not seen it. Once again there is nothing we can do about title and registration hold ups it is pretty much the same everywhere with Court Houses being closed down for us to enter. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING USED FROM THIS PLACE! We were so excited when we found the exact boat we wanted online at Hawkeyes. My husband and I are from Northern Michigan and even though it was a bit of a trip my husband decided to go check out the boat (32 Cruisers 2003). I know this will be deleted but I wouldn’t buy a doghouse from this place, makes promises when you buy new but if you have problems, nothing happens
