I have no issues with the Stihl chainsaws I purchased from here but the smaller stihl stuff hedge trimmer and whipper snipper absolute rubbish, if you can get them started they run for a while but when you have to try and re- start them it never happens. Whipper sniper already been in for a fix luckily under warranty but now won't run, bought a Ryobi which never fails. Hedge trimmer runs for a very short time ...stops and canr get it going again..and yes am using correct fuel as per the manual and shop advice....just absolut... read more

Dropped in a whipper snipper that was running poorly to see if it should be serviced. The fuel we had was old too which didnt help. Lovely young man asked if I could wait and he fixed it there on the spot replacing a clogged mesh filter. Runs like a dream with the new fuel. Fantastic service with a smile. Thank you.
I walked past the stihl shop in north Richmond recently and I wanted a ride on. My plan was to investigate different shops and different prices. The staff were great and prices were great also so I purchased my ride on mower I will never push a mower again. Great staff green shop great prices.
