It was indeed a fairly long wait today at the hospital with my 89 year old step-mother but I must say that the doctor, nurses, orderlies, personal care workers were all excellent! All compassionate and caring, especially the care worker that I had to ask her to assist in helping my step-mom use the facilities. I wish I could state her name here but unfortunately I did not take note of it. My fault! Thank you all!

Je trouve que le dellait de temps n'est pas ressonable ses tres longt les service d'urgence l'hôpital est plus gros et beaucoup moins de service souvant je me tanne et je vais a alexandria o moin de 3heure tu est sortie

Julie l'infirmière qui travail a l'urgence en arrière vraiment bête et a fermé la porte dans visage a ma fille. Faite attention a elle. Jai voulu faire un plainte a veut pas donner son nom de famille.

Thank you to the Hawkesbury General Hospital! ... an excellent, modern facility staffed by friendly, bilingual personnel in all areas: Admissions, Pre-op, Operating Room doctors and nurses, even the cafeteria and security guards. A 'shout-out' to management (and board of directors?) where the values of professionalism, efficiency and sensitive care-giving would be established and practised by staff at all levels, reflecting the best in our health care system, and making patients like me truly grateful.
