Needed to get an ancient front door deadbolt lock re-keyed to fit a modern-style key. Robert was very professional over the phone discussing my options, including being able to give me a full estimate for the work ahead of time. He immediately offered to wear a mask upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Even took an extra step of filing down my strike plate so the door would lock without needing to fidget with it any longer! Would absolutely hire again for any future needs!

I called Hawken Locksmith Services late in the day and scheduled a call to have 6 locks re-keyed for our new home so all the locks have the same key. The locksmith was very polite and accommodating. He called before he showed up and made sure to respect the COVID-19 safety protocols. Not only did he do great quick work, but he also pointed out a couple of other issues with some of our other doors which he offered to fix without charging us more money. I would use them again and recommend to my family and friends.
