My car driver door contact issue and check engine light was on. Parts ordered since 11/29 still part is not here as of 12/4/24. The service person I explained him that while driving my car stopped and parking break automatically on so the car don’t move. The best service department I have ever experienced from a dealership. The service department is a great part of buying from Hawk and should be used as a selling point for future customers. The ease of making appointments and having multiple available time and days so it can work with my schedule.
