I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I told the salesman that I needed to take a night to think about purchasing this car, but I was pushed into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. And I couldn't even leave because they took my car key and wouldn't return it to me. I felt trapped and my only way out was to sign my life away. I'm very disappointed in my experience here. Drew from sales is one of the most helpful representatives I have ever worked with. I called regarding my warranty on my 2019 VW GTI with a time-sensitive concern on if I would be able to fix something under it, as the service department was after hours on a Saturday. And even though it was not his department and it was 15 minutes before closing. He got right to it and helped me explore my options.
