I don’t live in Hawk Point, but my boyfriend does, and I live in another apartment complex managed by the same company/people. I have been with IMM for 3 years and my boyfriend has been with them for 2 years. Have lived there for almost 4 years. Have never had any problems that weren't addressed promptly. Management and staff are easy to work with and I would recommend renting from them any time.
I have lived at Hawk Pointe Apartments for several years now. It is conveniently located in north Bismarck with great schools for my kids. The complex is secure, clean, & we always feel safe. If a problem does arise the staff always handles it promptly. We have laundry in apartment, a fitness room, & garages. Although not pet friendly complex(unless medically necessary), it is very family friendly place to be. Great staff & comfy apartments!!!
