We had great customer service from this company. I called the office and the person on the phone (Sheila I think?) was extremely warm and helpful. Within 2 business days she was able to get us scheduled to have an inspector come take a look at our crawl space. Christian was friendly, professional, and very informative helping us fully understand our current issues and Hawk’s services to meet our needs. I needed someone to come check out my dehumidifier, sump pump, and to address several types of pests. Tommy came by and went above and beyond! He addressed all of our issues and even accelerated the return schedule to ensure everything is taken care of promptly. Absolutely recommend this company to EVERYONE. Worth every penny!
I wanna take time to thank everyone at hawks. Tommy has come out multiple times to treat our home as part of our quarterly service but we've also had them come out for other issues/concerns. They've all been great. Professional, kind and caring. And they make sure to follow up and they take pride in their work and I have been happy with results. Tommy came out today to treat for ant issue and im happy with the treatment/solution plan. I highly recommend this company for any pest control needs. They are fantastic.
I have been using hawk for about a year and I'm upset it hasn't been longer! They truly do such an amazing job, not only professional but very welcoming and treat you like family. Jason is my go to guy, he always does such a great job and any questions I have even after hours I can call him and we make a game plan together. He is funny, charismatic, and very personable. Tommy did an amazing job! I was at work all day and when I came back home, not only did he remove the paper wasp nest, but he treated the whole exterior of my home. I am so far beyond grateful and thankful I got recommended this company they are truly the best and very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend them!!
