His office staff has been very unprofessional in so many ways. My last 3 appointments started out like this.... 1. May 2016 I couldn't even see the Dr. They did what they called a nurse visit, and prescribed my pain medication.... And that happened after having to sit on the floor (because there we're no seats left available) and that was also after having to wait 3 hours sitting in the floor! Just found out that his office is closed. I need to get my medicade slots opened back up, but no one is calling me back :( I hope Dr hawk gets back to feeling better.
I wish SOMEONE would have called me to tell me that my appt. had been cancelled !!!!! I am sorry that Dr. Hawk had a heat stroke but I drove an hour to my appt. for nothing. I was sent to Mediquick where I was told that it would be Monday before I could be seen and it would be a four hour wait then. I am out of my medication and I am pissed. What am I supposed to do now????
He's an amazing man and Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough . He takes his time and gives you a full exam every visit. He is one of a very few that take the time to lay his hands on his patients. He takes the time to listen, and answer all your questions. He is a Godly man that has a heart as big as the sky. He prays for me and my family every time I go see him. He's caring, kind, and compassionate . I'm proud to call him my doctor and my friend. He has the most helpful and amazing staff ever. Excellent doctor very thoughtful and kind. Takes his time with each patient. I am a complicated case, but he is very thorough and explains things so I can understand.
