I was told that they would pay for a ****** dollar repair to my truck since I had just bought the truck and one day latter it had an issue. The salesman ***** told me I would be taken care of. when he passed the buck to his sales manager "*****" ...well ***** told me he would get back to me and guess what ? ***** does'nt give a F*CK apparently. They could have just been honest with me up front. The customer truly does not matter at ********* in St.Charles. Go anywhere else and see people that are honest and respect you.
