I spent $375 and 6 months Getting replacement inserts for plantars fasciitis. I sent them back three times and they still don’t work. I cannot get them to make inserts that are not too high I’m the arch. They hurt my feet so bad I can’t wear them. To add insult to injury they forced me to pay for the inserts before they would have them made. Go somewhere else!!!!!! Or buy them off the shelf for 1/4 of the price. They obviously have no idea how to measure your feet for inserts.

I went to the Madisonville location for a heel spur. Visit #1: Xray machine isn't working Visit #2: Computer lost all patient information - they are trying to retrieve Visit #3: They are locked out of office - after an hour, someone arrives with the key Visit #4: Uneventful Visit #5: Supposed to do computer scan of my feet for custom orthotics.
