Update 08/31/26: Still no reply from Hawk Cadillac on my warranty refund. I will keep the updates going for others to make an informed decision whether to buy from this dealer. FYI, I contacted GM customer support a this is ridiculous. Bait and switch on pricing, advertising one price, yet I got charge 15K more, which wasn't revealed until I had to request the bill of sale from the dealership, which was conveniently left out of my paperwork that I was given by the dealership. 6+ hours at the dealership for this awful experience. Promised follow up and phone calls that never happened, who cares after they get your money right. Tried to reach out to GM- but I guess once the dealership scams you its a done deal... Had my 2020 CT4 serviced yesterday at Hawk. Just an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a "check engine" light on and asked them to fix that. The quickly found the problem and corrected it. They also did a thorough inspection of the car checking brakes, tires, and for any leaks. Using a coupon they sent me I got a great deal on the service. My now 6 year old CT4 stills runs and drives like a new one. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership but it's worth the trip.
