If I could give them no stars I would. I made an appt for 1030 am just to LOOK at my car and see if anything was wrong with the ac. First I walked in and no one greeted me for at almost 10 min, and there were a bunch of people standing around talking in the office which they could clearly see me, no one even said we will be with you shortly, nothing. I thought the process was honest and fair (how often can you say that about a car dealer?). I believe the price was fair and the salesperson, manager and finance people were friendly. I did not feel pressured at all. I would buy from Hawk again!
I love my Cadillac, but sometimes they don't reward loyalty. They want to charge for everything. And it's expensive. I wish they check your history with them and give you some discount. But no. they want to get and get and get.
My story : On 3/20/2025 I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 for a water pump. They did a solid job replacing it. Upon picking up my vehicle I was made aware that my radiator has a leak and they strongly recommend I get it replaced. I was quoted $2200. After asking if the part/labor was covered by the warranty I was told that it is not since it falls under the “manufacture’s warranty” which apparently has expired. I would like to add that I purchased my vehicle in 2022 and in November of 2023 I replaced the radiator (recommended y... read more
