I live in a duplex on Oakland Zion for 3 years and loved it. The neighbors were great and any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Not sure why the others didn't call the office to have concerns addressed. I know some people just like to complain but the manager has no issues fixing anything. You just have to make the request and be available for the entrance to be able to fix.
