The service with Chris and his crew was amazing. He was very patient with me, as I'm a new rider...he answered all my questions and made sure I (and my bike) were well looked after. Chris's attention to detail and his upfront and honest business practices will have me coming back whenever my Harley needs help. These guys are professionals. If you do not take you iron horse to Hawg Worx your crazy. I will not take my Harley Davidson anywhere else but the great guy at Hawg Worx.
The staff at Hawg Worx is absolutely amazing. I’ve entrusted them to service my ‘02 Road Glide for a number of years. I had the engine refreshed by them in 2017. Chris communicated regularly any issues that arose and recommended the best course of action. Chris explains in detail everything they do for the service. If they find a problem, they explain what needs to be done to fix it and also if OEM parts are recommended or if after market is the better way to go. They are true to their word, and their quotes.
