I've been to this place 3 times and my last experience was terrible. The owner Hawa is highly unprofessional. My hair was not done to my liking and I let her know. Instead of taking my criticism and redoing my hair since I was paying for it.. she took the hair out and denied my service. I do not recommend this shop. They overcharge for services they are unable to provide.
The hair technicians are welcoming and friendly. I went there to get a full weave sew in with a lace closure. They really go out of their way to make sure you like how your hair is done. They spent about 3 hours to braid down my natural hair with extensions and as requested did not braid too tight. The sew in and closure came out nice and flat and the closure see on taught. It's an amazing experience and you get great results. Anything you want. I go for singles and cornrows and I'm not in the shop all day. They are quick and it doesn't affect the quality. Highly recommended
