Honestly, I used to come here as a child. It wasn’t bad, I had my complaints but it was not terrible. I moved to spencer and had a WONDERFUL doctor. Unfortunately now, while having a child of my own, I cannot just pack her up and go to spencer whenever she’s sick. So obviously, I chose to go here. Each time, 3 to be exact- 2 in the clinic and one in the urgent care side, my experience for not only myself as a parent but for my daughter have been absolutely terrible.
