It's nice place but the TOILET SEAT WAS A PINCHER! You know you sit on it then it slips and pinches your leg Ouch it sucks I had this done to me before. We were in Tower 1 room 1401 I rated this as a 1 star as it took 3 days to fix an easy 5 to 10 minute issue NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS ON A PAID VACATION.... Muy buena ubicación recomendable a una calle de la playa principal, la habitación es antigua todo es viejo, el aire acondicionado perfecto, aseo una vez por semana, la recepción horrible

Wouldn’t even give it the one star, we had an early arrival so I booked one night extra prior arrival so we could check in right away. A room key was left which didn’t work, called all the numbers and emergency numbers on the sheet to not receiving one call back. Had to book hotel down the street and they commented this happens a lot with this hotel. Save your coin and avoid this place.

Great location and affordable price. The room needs some refurbishing, but you get what you pay for. Free parking is a plus. My biggest complaint is the elevator takes forever during busy hours. If you're not staying on a high floor, be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for the elevator, even if it means going up to the top floor first before coming down.
