Hawaiian Smiles Orthodontic Office fit us in twice on our long stay in Hawaii to trim pokey wires. They were great and welcoming to us!
Staff is always cheerful and helpful when I go for my check up.
I have not been happy with my experience with Dr. Nayak’s office. He is fine at being an orthodontist but the service level from the office and professionalism flattens out once you pay for your treatment plan. Suddenly you are expected to rearrange your entire day to accommodate for a 30 second- 2 minute appointment. The wait time for appointments ranged from 1 hour (shortest wait) to 2.5 hours (more than once). When I complained about it and requested to be scheduled in the mornings they accommodated me once.
