Excellent Customer Service and Pricing, been using them for many years and always get fast replies and pricing no other shipper can compete with.
Not great service they do not respond to their voicemail or answer their phone and then they would not deliver after I paid. They said it's not in their area 30 miles away. I could have got it off the boat myself a week faster and not paid anything.
Didn't know where my package was the entire time in transit. Didn't call me back after I left several messages. Didn't answer the phone when I called multiple days in a row. Was told I had to pay extra shipping but then when I called, they didn't know how much the shipping was. Got to the office and they said they didn't have my shipment after I was told that it was there and then it took them about an hour to figure it out and find it. Honestly, this was the single worst shipping experience I have ever had.
