Abosultely the worst customer service ever. Go with ALLSTATE.
My friends 2023 maxima was stolen, she was insured by this insurance company for 2yrs and had full coverage policy, its been months and this company still has not patd out for her loss. they told her she had a $30,000 check coming. They dont intend to pay or tried to call for updates.
This company would not work with me to renew my current condo insurance renewal. No explanation given. *** Since I posted this, I have found out the problem wasn't with HIG, but our GEICO Broker "undergoing restructuring".
Choose this company if you like to throw your money down the drain. We always paid my primium on time. Even though theirs is higher than others we think maybe that's fine since we have better coverage. Nope!! We were so wrong! When a leak happened in our apartment, it took a few weeks to get hold of an adjuster. After the adjust came and checked the leak, he suggested we fix it first since it's a emergent situation.
