I received a 7oz box of Hawaiian Host Founders chocolates in Oct last year from a friend who got them in Honolulu after being on a cruise there. I have visited Hawaii a fair number of times myself and am familiar with your product and have never had an issue with the quality until now.I was quite disappointed with the look of the chocolates - not the shiny dark you would expect but all were dull and had a whiteness to the them.
