ATTENTION RANT: Just want to give people a heads up about Hawaiian Holiday!! While Hawaiian Holiday was closed down due to COVID-19, I tried to call them several times to cancel my membership (as I usually put my membership on hold for the summer months anyway). NOONE ever answered the phone. They sent out a text message the day that they opened letting everyone know they were now open. That same day they withdrew money from my account for the month of June. Absolutely love this location! Manager is so sweet, and the owner is the most charming man ever!! Beds are great, and always warm as soon as you get in it! Not to mention the wax service here is the best. Very reliable people who take their time instead of rushing through clients! 5 out of 5 stars for me !!!
The esthetician Amanda was amazing! I went there terrified to have a Brazilian wax for the first time but she made it comfortable and not awkward. I wasn’t in much pain at all either. It was definitely much more gentle because of her! Would 100% recommend and will be going back!
The workers are scumbags. Left my stuff in a booth by accident, realized it when I left and called them. They said they had it but when I went there my shit was gone. Never going to this scum hole again. I’ll just keep going to whitesboro even though it’s completely out of my way.
I started going to the Herkimer location Feb 2017. In March they added the Bliss Bed. � Kara Johnson said, "Hey Babe, have you heard about this new Bliss Bed...you're gonna love it" It's been a year and I still love it...thank you for explaining all the wonderful health benefits of it and suggesting it to me Kara! �
