No real help. I had questions about my account and how to pay my bill. Felt like I was being rushed to any other outlet like I was a burden. Had my account set for auto draft to make things easier on my family but then all of a sudden no auto draft, and then every location was no help and customer service number is a computer with no help.
Over 12+ hrs no power. Perfect weather and they are unable to give any reason as to why the power is out.
Just got done throwing out $300 worth of groceries after 6-7 days without power, only to lose power again today. Went shopping 2 days ago. Here we go again. I guess they don't think their job is to make sure we have service when that's what we pay them for.
