Outage on Christmas, office closed. Love it.
Reported an outage and was told it would be back on by 11:00 pm. Past 11:00 pm and still waiting so I called customer service and they simply told me we are working on it. Don’t understand why there are so many outages with this company. Competition (another company) would definitely help with this shabby service.
I am sitting here in the dark writing this review. Thanks HECO! Thanks for raising rates and STILL not providing a stable supply of electricity!! Take more of my money, please!!
Leaving a 1 star because when you speak with someone who’s suppose to assist the customer or consumer on the phone, you are suppose to be left with a positive experience and any company mission statement or employee handbook will speak to that. Simply called in to start service and was met with a Passive aggressive attitude, Condescending in nature , rude tone of voice and an over all lack of assistance and true customer service by Ms Shelly.
