Absolutely no Aloha spirit at i-35 store. Non- personal, cold space! I'm from Hawaii and I was horrified! Didn't and won't ever order from this place with all the bad reviews! The owner should be ashamed of himself! He's probably not even from Hawaii! I'll be giving out bad reviews to anybody that listens!
INSANELY BAD. I doordashed. But they sent warm, Crispy but not good crispy, so crispy it tasted old meat. Never again
This is a virtual restaurant location, two restaurants seem to operate here Hawaiian Bros and Xenia Mediterranean Visited to get food, a flock of delivery drivers waiting for orders in a busy weekend Order had small meat portions and they forgot the Mac & Cheese side for my 4 Hawaiian Bros orders. Employees must be overworked to have this service running at this quality , avoid virtual restaurants like these
Waste of time
Beware: they short portions and do not refund if you order the dole soft serve (which they do not have at this location) Really disappointed with our last two orders from this Hawaiian Bros Island Grill location. We ordered a pound of chicken and a half pound of veggies, but the portions seemed off right away. When we got home and actually measured the food, we only received about 0.75 lbs of chicken and 0.36 lbs of veggies—and that even included the weight of the containers.
