The folks here are super helpful and go above and beyond to help in every way they can.
Never thought I'd have to finally write a review for this place, normally they're 5*, but it seems like because they've been swallowed up by Alaska, their new rules and policies don't cater to anyone but priority and pick up. If you're dropping off, expect to wait for at LEAST an hour during peak times. Peak times in the afternoon are 3pm+. At least assign one worker to assist with people dropping off. We don't have all day to stand around when they just take pick up and priority. I understand priority should be first, but i... read more
Good service and usually speedy. When it is busy, wait times can be over an hour but on a typical day you're in and out of there within 15-30 minutes. Nicest staff around.
