I have been coming here for my lash extensions and Gracie is amazing!! She always makes sure that i feel comfortable and is always so warm and welcoming during the appointment. I love the way she does my lashes too! I always love the end result. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Loveee her work!!
Did lips threading on saturday 08 augjst afternoon.There were half of hair remaining..when I asked her to do it again she said there are tweezers there if you want help yourself.. I insisted for threading again and she redid it but telling it was my complete fault cause I was moving too much... not friendly at all
Came at 10AM and nobody was around. Called and texted to find out availability and I got no answers... just beware!
Very disappointed with the service this morning at Threading Eyebrow & Lip in Windward Mall, Kaneohe. My wife has been getting eyebrow threading for over 3 years and has never had such a bad experience. The employee Kyy was rude and unprofessional, the music was extremely loud, and worst of all my wife was cut in several places around her eyes during the threading. This has never happened before anywhere. Very careless service. We hope management improves the professionalism and safety for customers.
gracie was amazing!!! i went today to get my lashes done and she made sure i was comfortable and warm as she worked on my lashes. normally i hate the reveal part at the end because im always disappointed, today i was not. she listened to what i wanted and made sure i was satisfied and also communicated very well. i will definitely be back!
