I want to like this bank, but their entire process and approach to customer service has been nothing but horrendous.
Absolutely terrible member services
Despicable. I opened a business account and specifically asked if I could deposit checks remotely using their app. They said YES. This wasn’t the truth and for 8 years EVERY TIME I asked they would say ‘yes they are working on that, it’s coming soon’. That was a LIE. Now in the past 2 years they have shut down or moved locations WITHOUT notifying their customers. So I keep driving to new locations to find ATMs where I can deposit my checks.
