I've emailed Andrew the CE0 of this company. Standard comments from him, doesn't really care about the customers feeling about the credit union. We have to use our social security numbers to enter into the ATM new machine that isn't good. However, Andrew doesn't care about what the people think. This new system sucks.
Great customer service the tellers are always friendly my #1 banking and direct deposit saves me time doing other things 👍🏼
I have never had a problem with this credit union.
