No response to phone calls or emails. Been months. Poor customer service.
Tried to get a permit to do some hiking and it took 3 days for them to reply to my email. The link they sent me to fill out the permit doesn't work. Everything in Laie is Mormon owned so wouldn't recommend supporting this organization anyway.
