Despicable. What’s the point of the service is no one does anything to help. I’ve been waiting 7 months for forms I HAND DELIVERED to be processed. It’s a joke. Why even offer this “program,” if no one cares and NOTHING gets done? Unbelievable. I am editing my review as I have seen and experienced much change in the service over at HPHA section 8 office.
