Jack was very knowledgeable with water heater issues. He's always responsive and looking at ways to take care of the issue right away. What he charges is very reasonable. We trust Hawaii Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Squad to do the job correctly and not to take advantage of us.
We had a fantastic experience with Jack from Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad. His expertise is evident, and he's incredibly kind, explaining everything with great detail. We absolutely trust him and will be contacting him for any future plumbing needs.
We had them install a garbage disposal back in 2020, and when it was on the fritz I texted Jack about it and having them come out to replace it. Instead of just immediately taking the job, Jack did give me a couple pointers on how to maybe fix the fault myself and it worked, saving me the cost of them just coming out to do the same thing! They are genuine in their wish to help you out, and when you do need help, they are responsive and available. Definitely recommend them!
