Everything about this dentist office is such a dream come true. They are the most calm, patient, & caring team. ZERO COMPLAINTS. My son could be stubborn sometimes about his dental hygiene and it’s, of course, obvious. The assistants and orthodontists here DON’T SHAME me as a parent to do better. They get it. That’s not to say I neglect his dental hygiene fully, I just don’t feel belittled or alone.
Very disappointed with the service that we received from the Dentist. The rest of the staff was extremely nice, and this review is of no reflection of the experience that they provided us. The Dentist didn't display the patience i would have expected from somebody who chose Pediatric Dentist as their profession. Zero interaction with my child during the procedure, visible frustration that a 6 year old was nervous about having a stranger drill on his teeth. We initially chose this office due to how close it is to our home, merely out of convenience. However, this being the 3rd time we’ve brought our daughter, we know this was the best choice we could’ve made in a pediatric dental office. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the physicians are professional but also extremely welcoming towards not just their tiny patients but towards mom, dad and siblings as well. Amazing staff and Physicians!!! Amazing Bedside manner and very amazing with my granddaughter!!!! She’s learning to trust in them and they take the time to answer all her questions show her everything that they are going to use on her and just amazing overall, I can’t say anything bad just so awesome place that this place is!!!
