Run don’t walk as far away as you can get from entering this doctor’s office. He does not care about your pain, because he has no time to listen. No compassion! I just saw my post has been edited to remove how rude this doctor is. His staff recommended that I tell Dr.Carlson about my concerns prior to the lumbar nerve block. Office and scheduling staff never call you back. I have been trying to make an appointment for almost two weeks now. If you’re actually able to reach a person, they tell you that the scheduler isn’t available and they’ll call you back. But they never do. I must have called this place upwards of ten times over the past two weeks. I was told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back same day and they just don’t. Incompetent office staff who read orders incorrectly thereby dragging out treatment intervals by weeks. Disrespectful of patients' time, double scheduling or just bad time management, which means you get to sit around waiting to be seen in excess of an hour, repeatedly. Once they forgot to tell him he had a Tele-health scheduled and if I hadn't called them after waiting for 45 minutes...who knows.
