Nice and enthusiastic people. There was a mix up with the order but it was no big deal.
Awesome customer service very helpful... I really appreciate them taking the time to give me some pointers and tips ... got my first film developed and quality is top notch and fast A++++ will be doing all my film developing through them
Awful customer service. Might be ok for small prints, but they messed up my large print. Large fingerprints/handprints in the ink in multiple places Tried to blame it on me and charge me twice. Being a professional photographer with a lot of print experience, it easy to spot when someone just forgot to wear gloves and made a simple mistake. Simple mistakes should have simple fixes though.
