David J Horn was my caregiver. I was given a wrong diagnosis in my eye. Said it was pink eye. I guess he missed the cut on my eye. I dont know how he wouldve other than the fact that he spent more time looking at my pregnant girlfriends breasts than he did my eye and didnt make not a slight effort to hide it. Not to mention hes probably 40 years old and my gf is 18. Thats a bit creepy considering children probably come there everyday. Makes me sick. I was there to take my elderly 95-year old mother to see her Doctor for her appointment. She is unable to walk on her own as she had her foot amputated earlier this year. I dropped her off at the entrance as my son helped her get out of the car and onto a wheelchair. He was there to help me get her on and off the wheelchair as I have a bad back.
