this place is the worst, I had recently gotten my nails done thinking they looked good at the time but I was wrong it was horrible and wonky, didn't like the shape and my nails don't even match each other, the other is bigger than the other which was really annoying. Don't waste your money people
I am extremely disgusted with my experience at Hawaii nails plenty valley. It seems they seriously needs to review their hygiene practices. A simple pedicure should not lead to two infected toes, yet that was the outcome after my visit. This is not a small issue, it shows a clear lack of proper care. Awful experience! The technician just could not be bothered doing basic mani pedi - sloppy, unprofessional, unhygienic.. disappointed!! Don’t waste your time and money attending this place. Never again.
Worst customer experience. They didn’t do my nails properly as they were rushing and I asked them, they said it’s late. If it’s late for you, you don’t take the customers at all. I was worthless. Just ruined my occasion with worst nails and customer experience
Had a great experience and wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very affordable as well 🙂
